Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) is the standard for electronic document distribution worldwide. Adobe PDF is a universal file format that preserves all the fonts, formatting, graphics, and color of any source document, regardless of the application and platform used to create it.

Adobe PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, navigated, and printed exactly as intended by anyone with free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

Viewing and downloading speeds will vary depending on your connection. If you are connected via a Cable Modem or better (e.g., DSL, T1), viewing or downloading PDFs will be relatively fast. If you are connected via a dial-up connection, it will take approximately 20 seconds per 100 KB to view or download at a 56 KB connection."
