    Details On Additional Annual Meeting Events & Registration

Advance registration is required and must be received by February 20, 2009. All cancellations must be made in writing to the WDS office by February 20. Refunds, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available for cancellations received in writing at the WDS office before February 20, 2009. No refunds are issued if cancellation is received after February 20.

Your ticket(s) will be mailed in advance if you register before February 13. Registrations received after that date will be available at the WDS Center at the Pacific I Room of the San Francisco Marriott, or at “WILL CALL” for pick up.

Donors to be Recognized at WDS Annual Meeting Luncheon

If you have ever contributed to the WDS Foundation with a cash gift or gift of volunteer time, you will receive a new special donor pin to wear at the annual meeting luncheon. The donor pin will be mailed to you in advance with your ticket(s) when ticket request/ donation is made prior to February 1st. (WDS Foundation • Tax-ID#20-0084052)
